She has a proven track record assisting organizations through their journey to agility via my expertise in Enterprise Agility, Agile Engineering, Agile Quality Management, Lean UX, and Business Process Re-engineering. By embedding Lean-Agile processes into each aspect of product development and delivery, she helps businesses continuously improve while meeting the needs of their customers.

As an Enterprise Agile Coach, Ifé’s goal is to help organizations successfully implement or transition into the agile development methodology they chose to follow. She has served in this role for several multimillion-dollar initiatives that have spanned various functional areas, technologies and distributed resources.She has expertise working with multiple large portfolios and programs (over 1000 technologists) and conducting enterprise transformations. She has coached teams that included a mix of C-Level executives, portfolio managers, product owners, project managers, engineers/architects, application developers, business analysts, testers and user experience designers. Having previously held roles in both Software Development and Software Quality Assurance, she is able to relate to the many adjustments the development team will make in order to achieve agility. Her previous experience allows her to be a better servant leader, guide and contribute to teams that deliver quality software in a timely manner.
